People of all ages have opportunities to experience positive social interactions through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion support, mentoring, psycho-educational groups and community projects. We are committed to affirming every person’s unique identity and promoting a safe place of understanding and collaboration.
LIAN Supports YOU!
LIAN Support YOU! offers young people a safe place in small groups or mentoring sessions to express and process their thoughts with same age peers. Meetings are facilitated by graduate level social work students under the supervision of a licensed social worker.
LIAN for Social Justice
Lian’s dream of a more equitable world drives our diversity, equity and Inclusion (DEI) work. A focus on DEI is key to creating spaces that embrace all members of the community. DEI audits, professional development, facilitated book studies and coaching are available.

LIAN’s Sprinkles is geared to educators and community service professionals. Professional develop and coaching sessions are available to help adults effectively create trauma-informed, caring learning environments.
Lian’s Champions
Lian’s Champions empowers communities through group volunteer projects. The goal of this program is to instill pride and foster positive peer relationships among the participants and the community.
